This villa is ideal for 4 guests (plus 2 guests in extra apartment book for 6 persons) in the wonderful garden with lemon trees and palms and cactus, you find a 60 m² pool for using by yourself. In front of the house you have enough space for your rental car. The house is located on a hill with a breathtaking view over the ocean in an absolutely silent location. Enjoy a romantic evening on our terrace when the sun rises down. In the house you find two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed and classic furniture. Both rooms are having an en-suite bathroom, the first with a bathtub, toilet and shower, the second with a shower and toilet. Each room is facilitated with separate air condition, which is independently adjustable. In the living room you find Sat-TV and a music surround system, a kitchen with all important items you need (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, water heater and so on). WLAN can be accessed on the entire property! In this Villa Neptun there is enough space for 4 people. If there are 5 or 6 of you, you can also book our flat on the 2nd floor. The flat has a double bed, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A small kitchen for 2 persons is also available. Just book for 5 or 6 guests on this listing! It is a specious property with enough comfort for all the guests including a great amount if privacy. The villa is located on the Island of Kos nearby Mastihari (a nice village with origin character). To go to the airport it takes about 15 minutes.
